BEFORE YOU SIGN YOUR LEASE
INCOME REQUIREMENTS
Your gross income must be at least 3 times the rent to qualify.
If you don't meet the income requirement, ask your real parent to co-sign your fictional lease and text TSI to confirm.
A co-signer does not pay your rent. You're still responsible for your housing expenses in the simulation.
ROOMMATE RULES
You may share a two-bedroom apartment with one CREED brother. Each participant may have only one CREED roommate.
MOVE-IN AND RENT
Your move-in costs cover November 14–30. Full monthly rent begins December 1.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY?
Head to the Leasing Office with your signed job offer. Review your apartment selection, income qualification, and move-in costs before completing your fictional lease.
Record your move-in expenses and monthly housing costs in your simulation ledger.
REMEMBER: You started with $4,000 in savings. Make sure you have enough money for your housing costs and any vehicle expenses you've already committed to.
