The Standard 1:1
This is a 1:1, ongoing structure designed for young men who are not following through on what they say they’re going to do.
Unlike the Fellowship, which is a group experience over a set period, The Standard 1:1 is:
Individualized
Ongoing
Built around direct, weekly accountability
The focus is simple: Make sure things actually get done consistently.
-
Who's This For
Young men ages 17–21
Those lacking structure or consistency
Those struggling to follow through on responsibilities
Parents looking for real accountability — not just advice
-
What's Included
Weekly 1:1 sessions (30–45 minutes)
Ongoing accountability (2–3 check-ins per week)
Clear weekly action plans
Progress tracking (consistency, habits, follow-through)
Access to Standard Workshops
-
How It Works
1. Review: What was committed to vs what actually got done
2. Accountability: Direct conversation around missed follow-through
3. Adjustment: Refine habits, schedule, and expectations
4. Action: Set clear, measurable steps for the next week
Between sessions, accountability continues through check-ins to ensure progress doesn’t fall off.

Structure + Investment
Week 1 begins with an Assessment + Reset, where current habits, routines, and responsibilities are evaluated, key gaps are identified, and a clear starting point with expectations is established.
From there, the program moves into ongoing weeks of Accountability + Adjustment, built around consistent weekly review and planning, increasing expectations over time, and a continued focus on consistency rather than perfection.
The Standard 1:1 is offered at $200 per month.
What happens next.
