Meet our Leadership Team.

  • The Standard Institute was founded on the belief that leadership changes lives. Our leadership team is united by a shared commitment to helping teen boys discover their potential, develop confidence, and build the discipline, ownership, and readiness needed to lead in their homes, schools, and communities.

Together, we are committed to creating a leadership program where brotherhood, accountability, and real-world experiences inspire the next generation to raise the standard.

Ready to Raise The Standard?

At The Standard Institute, young men ages 13–21 have opportunities to build confidence, take responsibility, strengthen relationships, make decisions, and practice showing up for themselves and others.

Through mentorship, brotherhood, programs, and real-world experiences, we create opportunities for young men to put Discipline, Ownership, and Readiness into practice.
