Become A CREED Mentor.

  • Help Shape the Next Generation of Men.

A CREED Mentor is more than a volunteer.

Mentors walk alongside a small group of young men, encouraging growth, building authentic relationships, and modeling the values of Discipline, Ownership, and Readiness throughout the CREED experience.

For many brothers, a mentor becomes another trusted adult—someone who listens, challenges, encourages, and consistently shows up.

  • What CREED Mentors Do

CREED Mentors serve as positive role models throughout each cohort by helping create an environment where young men feel challenged, supported, and known.

    Responsibilities include:

    Attend weekly Brotherhood Sessions

    Build authentic relationships with brothers

Participate in leadership discussions and activities

Support Field Labs and community service experiences

Encourage growth through conversation and accountability

    Model professionalism, integrity, and respect

Help create a safe, welcoming environment for every brother

  • Who We're Looking For
