    TSI Mentors are trusted adults who show up for young men.

    They listen. They encourage. They challenge. They share what they’ve learned. And most importantly, they help create the kind of community where young men know there are adults in their corner.

    You don't need to have all the answers or fit a particular mold to be a great mentor. You just need to care, be willing to show up, and believe in what we're building.

  • What Mentoring Looks Like

    Mentors become part of the TSI community and have opportunities to connect with young men through CREED and other TSI experiences.

    Depending on the program and your availability, that might mean:

    • Joining Brotherhood Sessions and conversations

    • Participating in activities, outings, and Field Labs

    • Sharing your career, experiences, or skills

    • Encouraging brothers and holding them accountable

    • Being another positive, consistent adult in their corner

    • Simply showing up and spending time with the group

    Mentorship at TSI is about relationships—not having all the right answers.

  • Who We're Looking For

    We're looking for adults who genuinely care about young men and are willing to lead by example.

    You should be:

    Dependable and willing to show up

    Comfortable listening as much as talking

    Encouraging, respectful, and authentic

    Able to maintain appropriate boundaries

    Supportive of Discipline, Ownership, and Readiness

    Interested in building genuine relationships with young men

    You don't need professional mentoring experience.

We don't believe becoming a TSI Mentor needs to start with a long application.

Start by reaching out to Coach T.

We'll meet, talk about TSI and what you're interested in, and answer any questions you have. When possible, we'll also invite you to come see TSI in action so you can experience the community before making a commitment.

If it feels like a good fit on both sides, we'll take care of the next steps, including the required background screening before you begin serving as a mentor.
