Part-Time | 12 Hours Per Week

$12.50 Per Hour

The Program Assistant helps TSI carry out its programs and connect young men and families with opportunities available through TSI. This is a hands-on, entry-level position working directly with the founder.

The role includes supporting weekly CREED sessions, helping with program outreach and recruitment, communicating with parents, and assisting with TSI activities and experiences.

During active CREED cohorts, Wednesdays from 5:00–9:00 PM are required. The remaining weekly hours are generally flexible during Workforce Lab hours.

Previous nonprofit experience is not required. College students are welcome to apply.

Conroe, Texas
Volunteer | Approximately 2–3 Hours Per Week | Primarily Remote | 6-Month Commitment

The Volunteer Coordinator helps TSI build and maintain a reliable group of volunteers who can support programs, activities, and events.

The role includes recruiting new volunteers, responding to people interested in volunteering, maintaining the volunteer roster, supporting onboarding, matching volunteers with opportunities, and helping coordinate volunteer coverage.

This role is primarily remote, with occasional in-person availability in Conroe when needed.

Previous nonprofit experience is not required. College students, working professionals, retirees, and community members are welcome to apply.
