About The Standard Institute.

  • Raising the Standard for the Next Generation

The Standard Institute is a nonprofit organization creating mentorship, opportunity, and community for young men ages 13–21.

We believe the years leading into adulthood matter. Young men need people in their corner, places where they belong, and opportunities to prepare for what comes next.

Through CREED, LAUNCH, the Workforce Lab, workshops, and community experiences, we create different ways for young men to build relationships, access support and resources, gain practical experience, and navigate the path toward adulthood.

Everything we do is grounded in three standards: Discipline. Ownership. Readiness.

Our role is to create the opportunity, provide the support, and hold the standard. What each young man does with it is ultimately his choice.

  • Our Philosophy

    Growth Happens Through Experience.

Leadership isn't developed in isolation. It grows through brotherhood, meaningful challenges, real-world experiences, service, and accountability.

We believe growth happens over time—not through a single lesson, but through opportunities that challenge young men to think, participate, take responsibility, and keep showing up.

We create the environment. They do the work.

  • Our Foundation

    Discipline. Ownership. Readiness.

    Discipline
Building the habits, consistency, and self-control required to follow through.

    Ownership
Taking responsibility for choices, actions, and the direction of your life.

    Readiness
Preparing for adulthood through experiences that develop practical skills, resilience, and perspective.

  • Two Experiences. One Standard.

    Launch | Ages 17–21
Ongoing mentorship and life preparation for young men navigating college, careers, and the transition into independent adulthood.

The Community Behind The Standard

The Standard Institute is being built with the support of people who believe young men deserve spaces that challenge them, invest in them, and prepare them for what comes next.
