Raising The Standard.

Every Young Man Deserves the Opportunity to Lead.
Growing up is one of life's greatest challenges, and no young man should have to face it alone.
The Standard Institute is a nonprofit organization serving young men ages 13–21 through transformational experiences, meaningful mentorship, and authentic brotherhood that prepare them to thrive in school, careers, and life.
Through CREED, young men ages 13–17 build the foundation of Discipline, Ownership, and Readiness through leadership development, Field Labs, community service, and shared experiences. As they prepare for adulthood, Launch provides ongoing mentorship, practical life preparation, and accountability to help them confidently navigate college, careers, and independent life.
We believe the relationships a young man builds—and the mentors who invest in him—can shape the course of his future. That's why everything we do is designed to challenge, encourage, and equip young men to become leaders of character who are prepared to lead themselves, serve others, and positively impact their communities.
Everything we do is built on three core pillars.
Discipline: Doing what is right, even when it's difficult.
Ownership: Taking responsibility for your choices and your future.
Readiness: Preparing for life, leadership, and adulthood.

CREED: Our Flagship Experience
CREED is the flagship leadership program of The Standard Institute, designed for teen boys ages 13–18. Through brotherhood, leadership development, field labs, community service, and real-world experiences, participants build discipline, ownership, and readiness while developing the confidence and character needed to lead at home, in school, and in their communities.
