Every Brotherhood Session is a unique experience designed to help young Black men build meaningful relationships, strengthen character, and prepare for adulthood.
Through shared meals, honest conversations, accountability, mentorship, and Signature Field Experiences, brothers are challenged to grow together—not alone.
Every session is built on The Standard's four pillars:

Summer Session
8 Weeks | $200
Summer is the perfect introduction to The Standard.
Over eight weeks, brothers build relationships, strengthen accountability, participate in meaningful conversations, and complete a Signature Field Experience together.
Not ready to commit to all eight weeks?
Start with our Summer Intro.
Attend the first four weeks for $100. If your son wants to continue, simply upgrade before Week 5 and complete the full Summer Brotherhood Session.

Fall Session
10 Weeks | $250
Fall builds on the foundation of brotherhood through deeper conversations, greater accountability, and meaningful challenges that help young men continue growing together.

• Signature Field Experience

Spring continues the journey by helping brothers strengthen the habits, confidence, and relationships they've developed while preparing for the opportunities and responsibilities ahead.

The Standard Year provides a consistent brotherhood across Summer, Fall, and Spring, allowing young men to build lasting relationships while continuing to grow together throughout the year.

Tuition & Sponsorship.
Tuition helps offset a portion of the cost of meals, meeting space, materials, and Signature Field Experiences.
Because we believe every young man deserves access to a strong brotherhood, sponsorship opportunities are available for families who may need financial assistance.
