Standard Hoops is a free community basketball event hosted by The Standard Institute that introduces teen boys ages 13–18 to leadership, brotherhood, and healthy competition in a fun, welcoming environment.

More than just basketball, Standard Hoops is an opportunity to build friendships, demonstrate sportsmanship, and experience the culture of The Standard Institute. Through teamwork, competition, and meaningful connection, participants discover what it means to live with Discipline, Ownership, and Readiness.

Whether you're a competitive player or simply looking for a positive place to connect with other teen boys, Standard Hoops is where leadership begins—one game at a time.

No basketball experience is required—just bring a positive attitude and be ready to compete.

Standard Hoops is open to teen boys ages 13–18 throughout The Woodlands, Conroe, and surrounding Montgomery County communities.

Participation is free, but advance registration is required to help us plan teams, food, and event activities.
