The Flagship Leadership Program of The Standard Institute

CREED is The Standard Institute's flagship leadership program for teen boys ages 13–17, designed to help young men build Discipline, Ownership, and Readiness through brotherhood, leadership development, and real-world experiences.

More than a weekly meeting, CREED is a year-round leadership journey where brothers are challenged through Field Labs, Brotherhood Stories, service projects, leadership experiences, and meaningful conversations that prepare them to lead with confidence at home, in school, and in their communities.

Every session is intentionally designed to help teen boys develop character, strengthen relationships, discover their potential, and become leaders who positively influence those around them.

A Year-Round Leadership Journey

The CREED Leadership Program is offered through three unique sessions each year—Summer, Fall, and Spring. Every session features different leadership themes, experiences, and challenges while continuing to strengthen the same foundation of Discipline, Ownership, and Readiness.

Teen boys can join CREED during any session. Whether a brother begins in the Summer, Fall, or Spring, he'll become part of the same leadership community while participating in experiences designed to build confidence, character, and lifelong friendships.

Build authentic relationships rooted in trust, encouragement, and accountability.

Leadership Development
Strengthen confidence, communication, and decision-making through meaningful discussions and real-world leadership experiences.

Field Labs & Experiences
Apply what you've learned through leadership challenges, service projects, Brotherhood Beyond the Circle, and immersive Field Labs.

Brotherhood Circle
Every session concludes together in Brotherhood Circle—a time to reflect, encourage one another, celebrate growth, and commit to raising the standard.

September – December (10 Weeks)

Lead with purpose.

The Fall CREED Leadership Program challenges brothers through new leadership experiences, service, Brotherhood Stories, and practical opportunities to strengthen confidence, communication, and influence.

January – April (10 Weeks)

Lead beyond yourself.

The Spring CREED Leadership Program focuses on service, legacy, and leadership in action as brothers continue growing through meaningful experiences and opportunities to make a lasting impact.

June - August (10 Weeks)

Build the foundation.

The Summer CREED Leadership Program introduces new brothers to The Standard Institute through leadership development, brotherhood, Field Labs, and real-world experiences designed to build Discipline, Ownership, and Readiness.

10-Week CREED Leadership Program

Tuition: $250

Reserve your son's seat with a $100 deposit, then pay the remaining balance in full or through an approved payment plan before the Signature Field Lab.

Every CREED participant receives a leadership experience valued at more than $500, made possible through the combined investment of families and our community partners.

Returning brothers receive preferred tuition for future CREED cohorts as a way of recognizing their continued commitment to the brotherhood.
