What This Is.
The Standard: Foundations is a 3-week program designed to help younger students begin building discipline, structure, and follow-through.
This program introduces the core expectations of The Standard in a way that is appropriate for this age group.
Participants are expected to take ownership, follow through on simple commitments, and begin developing consistency in how they operate.

Most programs at this age focus on motivation or general life skills.
This program focuses on: doing what you say you’re going to do
Participants don’t just learn concepts—they are expected to act on them.
Throughout the program, participants will:
Follow through on simple commitments
Build basic structure around their time and responsibilities
Practice making better decisions
Be held accountable in a clear, consistent way

Participants are expected to:
Show up consistently
Follow through on assigned actions
Communicate honestly
Be open to accountability
Parents are part of the accountability process.
During the program:
You may be asked to confirm whether responsibilities were completed
You’ll have visibility into how your son is following through

Investment
Tuition for this program is $300
We offer straightforward payment options, including a deposit and a remaining balance due by Week 2.
Program Structure
Week 1 — Awareness & Structure
Participants assess how they currently operate and begin building simple structure around their time and responsibilities.
Week 2 — Follow-Through & Accountability
Focus on consistency. Participants are expected to complete assigned actions and begin taking ownership of follow-through. Parent visibility may be incorporated to reflect real follow-through at home.
Week 3 — Decision-Making & Application
Introduction to decision-making under pressure
Group-based challenge (e.g., escape room)
Reflection and next steps
