    The Standard Journey is designed to help young men grow from adolescence into adulthood through authentic brotherhood, meaningful mentorship, and real-world experiences.

    Every young man begins by building a strong foundation through CREED. As he grows, he is invited to continue his journey through Launch, where mentorship, accountability, and practical life preparation help him confidently step into adulthood.

    The journey doesn't end with a certificate—it continues through a lifelong commitment to personal growth, leadership, and giving back.

  • 1. CREED Brother

    "I am becoming."

    A CREED Brother is an active participant in a Summer, Fall, or Spring CREED Brotherhood Experience.

    Focus

    Build a foundation of Discipline, Ownership, and Readiness through brotherhood, leadership experiences, Field Labs, service projects, and accountability.

  • 2. Senior Brother

    "I lead by example."

    A Senior Brother is a returning CREED Brother who strengthens the brotherhood by encouraging and supporting newer participants.

    Focus

    Lead through actions, build relationships, and help shape the culture of CREED.

  • 3. CREED Alumni

    "I completed the CREED Experience."

    A CREED Alumnus has completed the full CREED Experience Cycle:

    Celebrate the completion of the CREED Brotherhood Experience while remaining part of The Standard Institute family.

    Launch Members are CREED Alumni who continue investing in themselves through mentorship, accountability, and life preparation.
