Foundations: Intro Sprint
4-Week Introduction to The Standard
Foundations is a structured 4-week experience designed to introduce young men to the discipline, accountability, and operating principles of The Standard Institute.
Participants build stronger habits, improve follow-through, and learn how to operate with greater ownership, structure, and consistency.

Program Breakdown
Week 1 — The Standard Starts Here
Awareness, Ownership & Structure
Participants assess how they currently operate and begin building stronger structure, accountability, and discipline in daily life.
Week 2 — Discipline & Follow-Through
Accountability, Consistency & Execution
Participants are challenged to follow through consistently, operate with greater discipline, and take ownership of responsibilities both inside and outside the program.
Week 3 — Decision-Making Under Pressure
Leadership, Pressure & Real-World Application
Participants learn how emotions, hesitation, and peer pressure impact decisions while preparing for The Standard Field Lab.
Week 4 — The Standard
Reflection, Ownership & Next-Level Commitment
Participants reflect on what the program revealed about them and define a personal standard they are expected to continue beyond Foundations.
Fellowship Pathway
Participants who demonstrate readiness, accountability, and follow-through may be recommended for The Standard Fellowship.
