The Standard Institute provides mentorship, opportunity, and community for young men ages 13–21. From structured programs to workforce support and community experiences, there are different ways to connect, grow, and prepare for what comes next.

Ages 13-17

Our flagship mentorship experience brings young men together through weekly sessions, individual mentorship, brotherhood, challenges, service, and real-world experiences.

Ages 18-21

Support for young men navigating the transition into adulthood through mentorship, practical preparation, education and career exploration, and real-world guidance.

These opportunities are available across The Standard, giving young men additional ways to access support, build skills, make connections, and belong.

Free access to technology, individualized workforce support, career and education resources, and connections to opportunity.

Practical workshops and experiences covering topics that help young men navigate work, education, money, adulthood, and everyday life.

Sometimes young men don't need another program. They need a place to be. Community opportunities create space to connect, play, build relationships, and spend time together.
