    The Miami Love Workforce Lab is a free community resource for young men ages 13–21.

    The Lab provides mentorship, technology access, practical employment, education and training support, workshops, online workforce training, and connections that help young men take their next steps toward greater independence.

  • 1:1 + Access

    Every young man begins with a 1:1 conversation before using the Lab. We’ll talk about where you are, what you’re working toward, what you need, and which Lab resources or next steps make sense for you.

    From there, the Lab can provide access to:

    Mentorship
    Individual support with goals, decisions, challenges, and next steps.

    Technology & Workforce Support
    Computers, qualifying printing, resumes, applications, job searches, education and training support.

    Workshops & Training
    TSI Real Life Workshops, Grow with Google resources, online workforce training, and other learning opportunities.

  • The Standard Institute is a Grow with Google Partner, expanding the workforce learning available through the Miami Love Workforce Lab.

    Young men can access practical Google learning opportunities covering topics such as resumes, job interviews, job searching, professional branding, digital skills, AI, and other skills that can support their next steps.

    Available Grow with Google workshops include Ace Your Next Job Interview, Improve Your Resume with Practical Strategies, and Power Your Job Search with Google Tools.

    Young men pursuing qualifying employment, education, or training opportunities may be able to receive assistance with interview/work clothing, haircuts, gas, or Lyft transportation based on the specific opportunity, individual need, and available resources.
