TSI Flex Space is request-to-book so we can make sure the room and facility are available for your requested time.

Complete the availability request below. If approved, we’ll send you an invoice for payment and a rental agreement to complete your reservation. Your reservation is confirmed once payment and the signed agreement are received.

Good to Know: TSI Flex Space is located inside The Standard Institute, an active nonprofit and youth-serving organization. Renters have access to TSI Flex Space, the kitchen, and restroom only. Other areas of the facility are not included in the rental.

Parties, alcohol, smoking or vaping, overnight use, and disruptive or excessively loud activities are not permitted.
